We always welcome applications from potential humanitarian facilitators who wish to join our team. The profile of the ideal candidate is:

  • At least 10 year humanitarian leadership experience from the emergency or development sector including from a senior management position
  • Preferably both NGO and UN experience
  • Strong facilitation skills and adult learning experience
  • Readiness to invest in becoming certified in our leadership solutions and learn what the best leaders in the world do
  • Strong listening skills
  • Analytical sense and ability to diagnose our clients’ individual leadership challenges combined with a genuine desire to help them succeed
  • Strong network in the humanitarian sector and ability to use this network for creating own customers
  • Ability to travel and deliver leadership solutions globally
  • Eagerness to contact agencies and organizations to create awareness of our solutions
  • Relevant Masters degree
  • Comfortable working with people from all cultures and religions
  • Fluent in English and preferably also in French, Spanish or Arabic

Quality is key to our organization. All facilitators must therefore undergo a comprehensive certification in our leadership programmes to become full-fledged trainers: the certifications include both standard FranklinCovey programmes in leadership and effectiveness, as well as all customized programmes for the humanitarian sector.
